No. We do not accept online bookings because of the extensive and varied information required depending on each tool or piece of equipment.
Our priority is the health and safety of our customers and to ensure this we need to ask you some questions.
Additionally, we pride ourselves on our customer support. We will discuss the tasks at hand with you to ensure you're hiring the right equipment.
Yes. The deposit will be relative to the cost of the tools or machinery.
We will accept any photographic identification as long as it includes an address.
Please remember that a passport does not include your address. We will accept a passport if it is accompanied by a utility bill (or similar) from the last 3 months.
Delivery is dependent upon the distance traveled from the depot.

Yes, here at Lords we are very safety conscious and want to make sure you're safe too.
We will advise the correct PPE at the point of hire and will supply all equipment sale or return.
